Certain Que Wellness products may be offered through presale, preorder, or founding member release programs. These products are reserved from future production runs and may not be immediately available.

By placing a presale order, you acknowledge and agree:

  • Estimated shipping timelines are projections only.

  • Production, supply chain, or regulatory factors may cause delays.

  • Delivery timing is not guaranteed.

We will make commercially reasonable efforts to provide updates regarding fulfillment.

Customers may cancel presale orders for a full refund at any time prior to shipment by contacting info@quewellness.net.

If a product cannot be fulfilled due to manufacturing issues, supply disruption, or unforeseen events, a full refund will be issued.

Presale purchases constitute acceptance of these conditions.

All prices are subject to change without notice.

Posted prices do not include:
