Founding Member Presale & Fulfillment Process

Que Wellness products are currently offered through a Founding Member presale. This means your order reserves product from our initial production run and will be shipped once manufacturing and quality testing are complete.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that products may not ship immediately.


Production & Shipping Timeline

Our fulfillment process follows these stages:

  1. Order Placement — Your order reserves inventory from our production run.

  2. Manufacturing & Quality Testing — Products are produced and tested to ensure quality and safety.

  3. Fulfillment Processing — Orders are prepared and packaged.

  4. Shipping — Orders are delivered to the shipping carrier.

Estimated timelines:

  • Production & Quality Testing: Approximately 8–10 weeks

  • Order Processing After Production: 3–7 business days

  • Shipping Delivery: Based on selected shipping method at checkout

Estimated shipping dates are projections only and are not guaranteed.


Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer multiple shipping options at checkout. Delivery times begin after your order has shipped, not when the order is placed.

Typical delivery windows:

  • Economy Shipping: 5–8 business days

  • Standard Shipping: 3–4 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days

Shipping timelines may vary based on carrier performance, location, or external factors.


Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method selected and delivery location. Promotional or complimentary shipping may be offered at our discretion.


Order Processing

Orders are processed in the order received.

During launch periods or high demand, processing times may be extended.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.


Manufacturing or Fulfillment Delays

While we work with experienced manufacturing and logistics partners, delays may occur due to:

  • production scheduling

  • ingredient sourcing

  • quality testing requirements

  • supply chain disruption

  • regulatory requirements

  • carrier delays

  • events outside our control

We will make commercially reasonable efforts to communicate significant delays.

If fulfillment is delayed beyond a reasonable timeframe, customers may request order cancellation and a full refund prior to shipment.


Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Que Wellness is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to incorrect address information, additional shipping fees may apply.


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once an order is transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier.

If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We will assist in resolving delivery issues when possible but cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement for lost or stolen packages.

If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 5 days of delivery at info@quewellness.net.


International Shipping

At this time, Que Wellness ships only within the United States unless otherwise stated.


Order Tracking

Tracking information will be provided via email once your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Order Changes & Cancellations

Presale Orders

Presale orders may be canceled for a full refund at any time prior to shipment.

Shipped Orders

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow our Return Policy.
