Returns & Refunds
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at info@quewellness.net. Returns must be approved before being sent. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Founding Member Presale Orders
Que Wellness products are currently offered through a Founding Member presale, which means items are reserved from a future production run and shipped at a later date.
By placing a presale order, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Presale Cancellation

Presale orders may be canceled for a full refund before shipment by contacting info@quewellness.net.

Once an order has shipped, standard return eligibility applies.
Manufacturing or Shipping Delays
While we work with experienced manufacturing partners, production or fulfillment timelines may occasionally change.
If a significant delay occurs beyond the communicated shipping window, customers may request a cancellation and full refund prior to shipment.
Production Changes or Unforeseen Events
In the rare event that a product cannot be fulfilled due to manufacturing issues, supply chain disruption, or other unforeseen circumstances, customers will receive a full refund.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to health and safety standards, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please request a return (if eligible) and place a new order.
Refunds
We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
